About Eyezo

Eye breaks that fit your day. Founded by Shanu Tyagi: planning began in December 2025, the apps came out in 2026.

Why Eyezo exists

Most of us look at screens for most of the day, and we forget to rest our eyes. Break reminders exist, but they pop up in the middle of a meeting, a game or a sentence, so people turn them off. Eyezo was started to fix that. It plans your eye breaks around what you are doing: it waits for a call to end, lets a video finish and holds off while you are typing. Breaks that fit your day are breaks you actually take.

Where Eyezo is today

What we are building

Eyezo Buddy is an AI assistant built into Eyezo. You tell it what you want in plain words, in your own language, and it sets Eyezo up for you. It also explains your breaks and your week, using numbers the app counts on your device. Its answers are written with Claude, an AI model by Anthropic.

Next: talking to Buddy by voice, Screen Guard limits for websites, and the Mac App Store. Later: Buddy with a face, and Buddy on Android with a weekly note for parents. The full timeline is on our roadmap.

How we work

  • Privacy first. Your screen time and app use stay on your device. Read the privacy policy.
  • No ads on break screens. A break is for your eyes, not for selling.
  • Small and fast. Eyezo is built and run by its founder, so every message gets read and fixes ship quickly.
